Customers are responsible for double-checking their size, address, and cart before checkout.
Faulty or Damaged Items

Our quality control team works hard to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition.

Items are considered faulty only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Examples of faults include:

Broken zippers, visible tears, incorrect sizing, or wrong color received.

Normal wear, sizing variations, or changes of preference are not considered faults and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by completing our Contact Us form (located on our website) or by emailing shopjakiya.help@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Claims submitted outside of this time frame, or that do not meet the requirements, will not be approved.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted.
Shipping Accuracy

Customers must provide the correct shipping address and email at checkout.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipment fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Signature Required Add-On

For extra delivery security, you may request a Signature Required Add-On at checkout ($5 fee).

All orders over $300 automatically include this service at no extra cost.
