ORDERS & TRACKING

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email to follow your package.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Processing times vary by collection (1–5 weeks). U.S. shipping is 2–5 business days once processing is complete. Please check the product description for exact timelines.

SIZING & FIT

Q: Are your items true to size?
A: Yes — all clothing and shoes are true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Q: What if I usually order in men’s sizes?
A: All shoes are listed in women’s sizing. If you normally order men’s sizes, we recommend sizing up 2 sizes for the best fit.

Q: Do you have a size chart?
A: Yes, a detailed size guide is available under each product description and on our Size Chart page.

PRE-ORDERS

Q: What does “pre-order” mean?
A: Pre-orders are items not kept on hand but ordered specifically for you. Please allow the listed processing time before shipping.

Q: Can I cancel or refund a pre-order?
A: All sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed unless there was a mistake on our end.

SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, Shop JAKIYA ships within the U.S. only.

Q: What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
A: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. All claims must be filed directly with USPS. You can contact USPS Customer Service at (800) 275-8777 to open a claim.

Q: Do you offer extra delivery security?
A: Yes! You may request signature confirmation at checkout (a $5 fee applies). Orders over $300 automatically include signature confirmation.
