Are your shoes true to size? What sizes do you offer?
Most of our shoes are designed to fit true to size. To make shopping easier, every product page includes specific fit notes —letting you know if we recommend going up or down a size.
We typically carry women’s sizes 4–12, though availability may vary by style.
I’m not 100% satisfied with my fit — can I return or exchange?

We want you to love your purchase. While we don’t currently offer exchanges, our Return Policy provides full details on how to send items back if needed.

How long does shipping take?

We ship through USPS:

First Class: typically 2–5 business days ($8.00)
Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days ($15.00)
Free Shipping: typically 2–5 business days — available on all orders $250 and up


Delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume and your location, but you’ll always receive tracking details once your package ships.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email — did it go through?

No worries! If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, your order most likely went through (it may be in your spam or promotions folder). If you still don’t see it, email us at shopjakiya.help@gmail.com and we’ll gladly resend your confirmation.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes! If an item sells out, it’s very likely we’ll restock it. Some pieces may also be available for pre-order—if you see that option on the product page, you can secure your size in advance. If pre-order isn’t available, keep an eye out—favorites often make a comeback.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, ShopJAKIYA ships within the U.S. only. We’re planning to expand in the future—stay tuned.
